What's new in LicenseManager

You can now follow your sales from Slack. On the Integrations page of a product, click Add to Slack, then pick the channel to post to on Slack's screen. Add it again to post to more channels.

Each channel gets the notifications you choose:

• Purchased: a license bought through Stripe,
• Renewed: a subscription renewal paid,
• Payment failed: a subscription payment failed,
• Canceled: a license canceled, or its subscription ended.

Each message shows the customer, the policy and the price, with links to the license and to Stripe. A cancellation tells who canceled, why, and whether the Stripe payment was refunded. Click Send test to check a channel works.

From the API, list a product's channels and choose their notifications:

You can now find a license from its customer's email. On the Licenses page of a product, type part of an email in the search box: it matches license keys and customer emails alike.

The table also has a new Customer column showing the customer's name, or their email when they have none. Click it to open the customer.

From the API, the search parameter of the license lists matches customer emails too, and each license now includes its customer:

You can now see what's new in LicenseManager without leaving the dashboard. Open What's new at the bottom of the sidebar: a red dot shows up there whenever something changed since your last visit.
